Resin bond CBN grinding wheel can process various metal materials and non-metal materials, especially in the field of fine grinding and polishing, it has excellent processing characteristics; it is suitable for grinding workpieces such as high-speed steel, cast iron, stainless steel and nitrided stainless steel. It is increasingly replacing ordinary abrasive tools, and is widely used in precision grinding of workpieces containing iron group elements in industries or fields such as automobiles, bearings, compressors and precision molds. It is an irreplaceable tool in grinding processing.

The resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel has a wide range of applications and has been applied in the grinding process of coarse, fine, fine, and polishing. The resin-bonded CBN grinding wheel has the following characteristics:

Due to the low hardening temperature of the resin bond CBN grinding wheel, it can be hardened at room temperature and has a small shrinkage rate, so it can be made into grinding wheels with various complex shapes and special requirements.

(4) It is beneficial to prevent the workpiece being ground from being burnt. The heat resistance of the resin bond is low, and the heat generated by the workpiece during the grinding process causes the resin to carbonize, and promotes the passivated abrasive to fall off automatically, exposing new sharp abrasive particles, reducing the heat in the grinding area and avoiding burns on the workpiece. .

(5) The hardening temperature is low. Resin CBN grinding wheel has low hardening temperature, short production cycle and simple equipment, which is conducive to specialized production.

However, compared with other bond grinding wheels, the disadvantages of resin bond CBN grinding wheels are: poor alkali resistance, poor water resistance, and easy aging; low heat resistance, high wear during grinding, and unsuitable for shaping Grinding; low porosity, processing odor, easy to cause environmental pollution problems.

CBN abrasives are the dominant factor in grinding. The CBN abrasives selected for resin-bonded CBN grinding wheels often have the following common characteristics: ①The crystal shape is irregular, and most of the particles are non-equal area. ②The surface of the grain is rough and not smooth. ③ Low strength and high brittleness. ④ poor thermal stability. CBN abrasives with these characteristics are suitable for the manufacture of resin-bonded grinding wheels. The reasons are: 1. The resin has a weak grip on the abrasive, and the abrasive surface is rough and irregular in shape, which is conducive to mechanical engagement with the resin; 2.
